Dane Armory manufactures short-barreled rifles for qualified individuals and law enforcement agencies. We also sell suppressors (aka “silencers”) by Silencerco and Yankee Hill Machine. Short-barreled rifles and suppressors are legal to own in most states, as they are regulated under the National Firearms Act (NFA) of 1934, and administered by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms & Explosives. We can directly transfer short-barreled rifles and suppressors to qualified individuals within the State of Arizona on an approved tax-paid From 4. Non-Arizona residents must purchase Dane Armory NFA weapons through a Class III dealer in their state. We can also transfer directly to any qualified law enforcement agency.

We also provide transfer services: $25 for Title I, $35 for Title II. We are listed as a transfer dealer on Gunbroker.com and in Shotgun News.
